Shipping & handling

We currently offer SFHK Cold Chain Delivery Service. We use special reinforced packaging and handling for our frozen goods, which are pre-cooled for 12 hours to reach frozen status. The shipments are handled at -18 to -15°C.

• Door-to door delivery: 43 HKD
• Self pick-up: 30 HKD

All orders above 600HKD:

• Door-to door delivery: Free
• Self pick-up: Free

Self pick-up

Self-pick up is available at SF business stations and SF stores with cold chain service. Please check and make sure your preferred store location has cold chain service.

Delivery time

SFHK Cold Chain Delivery Service offers same day delivery at the earliest.

If the shipment is sent after the designated time from Monday to Friday, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, it will be delivered according to the general local express shipment delivery schedule.
