How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Total handling + shipping time: 2-5 business days.
Our handling time is 1-3 business days, provided that we have all the required ingredients in stock.

Where do you deliver to?
We offer door-to-door delivery by SFHK Cold Chain Delivery Service to Hong Kong Local (excluding Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau and restricted districts)
You may also choose Self pick-up from SF business stations or SF stores with cold chain service.
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfil orders outside of Hong Kong at this time.

How do I create a Pet Profile?
How to create an account
1. Click on the little head at the top right hand corner of the website.
2. Click on "Create Account" at the bottom to set up your account.

How to create a Pet Profile
1. After you have logged in, click on the little head at the top right corner of the website. This will take you to your account page, where you can access your personal information, orders, shipping addresses and

3. Fill in the form and click submit. There should be a white bar at the bottom showing that you have successfully submitted your information.
Why do I need to create an account to place an order?
At Peak Paws Nutrition, we create individualised meal plans for your dog.
Our meals are based on the NRC nutrient requirements for adult dogs, which have different requirements based on each dog's age, weight, body condition, activity level and more.
Therefore, we need information about your dog in order to begin formulating their meals. To do this, you need to create an account with us. You can then create a Pet Profile in your account page. For more detailed instructions, see How to create a Pet Profile.

Our food
Is your food complete and balanced?
Yes. All our meals and recipes meet or exceed the nutritional levels established by the NRC dog food nutrient profiles for adult dogs.
Our meals consist of muscle meat, organ meats, raw meaty bones, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other supplements. We do not use any fillers, preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.
Is your food AAFCO compliant?
Our meals and recipes are formulated to meet the NRC nutrient guidelines for adult dogs.

Do you use supplements?
Yes. We believe that supplements are required for a complete and balanced diet adherent to the NRC nutrient requirements.

When selecting supplements, our main concern is the bioavailability of the supplement for dogs.
